We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. We'll be happy to help you with the process. We make TP order that’s by once sold the product can’t be returns.

In order to maintain a good customer experience for customers, it is important for you to ensure that the products you have listed are in stock and available to ship. However, we understand that there could be delays that are out of your control leading to late dispatch or order cancellation. In that case, we will not charge any penalty to you so you can continue to sell online without any tension.

Not Possible but If any special reason, Refunds approved by the Growvet International, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
