Company is not responsible for any credit given by distributor to any one and unsold goods.

Any breakage claim should be done within 24 hours of getting stock.  

The breakage claim should be supported with clear picture of breakage bottles with product's name and  batch no. clearly visible.

Any dispute subject to KATHUA OFFICE only.

Goods once sold can't be returned or Exchange.
